By booking a Spanish class through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before proceeding with your booking. This policy applies to all customers, regardless of their location, including users in Mexico, Canada, and the United States. We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.

Refund Policy - the basics

We are committed to providing high-quality, personalized Spanish lessons. If you are not satisfied with your class, please contact us to discuss any issues. However, please note that due to the nature of our online lessons, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our students and us.

Timeframe for Asking for a Refund:

You may request a refund for your Spanish class under the following conditions:

  • For single classes: You may request a full refund within 24 hours after your class if you are not satisfied with the lesson. Refund requests after this time frame will be considered for partial refunds based on the circumstances.

  • For subscription plans or packages: You may request a full refund for any unused classes within 7 days of your purchase. After this period, we may offer a partial refund based on the number of unused lessons.

Will the Refund Be Full or Partial?

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your class or package within the designated timeframe (as outlined above) and no classes have been taken yet.

  • Partial Refund: If you have already attended a portion of the classes, we will offer a partial refund based on the number of classes that were not completed. This applies to both single lessons and subscription packages.

  • No Refund: After the 7-day period (for subscription plans) or 24-hour period (for individual classes), no refunds will be granted unless there are exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies or technical issues preventing access to classes).

Conditions for Receiving a Refund: To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation or Complaint: You must contact us within the specified timeframe (24 hours for individual classes or 7 days for packages).

  2. Proof of Issue: If your request for a refund is based on dissatisfaction with the class content or teaching quality, we may ask you to provide feedback or details about your experience.

  3. Technical Issues: If you experienced technical issues (e.g., problems with video/audio during the lesson), we may offer a refund or rescheduling depending on the situation. However, refunds are not provided for minor technical glitches.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us via our website’s contact form or email. Include the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details.

  • The date and time of the class or package you are requesting a refund for.

  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund (if applicable).

Refund Processing Time: Once we have received and processed your refund request, it may take up to 10 business days to process the refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your initial purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Other Important Terms:

  • Late Arrivals and Missed Classes with prior notice: If you miss a class with prior notice or are late, we cannot offer a refund. However, we may offer to reschedule the class based on availability.

  • Late Arrivals and Missed Classes: If you miss a class or are more than 10 to 15 minutes late without prior notice, the class will be considered as "taken," and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. We kindly ask that you inform us at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class if you are unable to attend or will be late. If you fail to notify us in time, we will not be able to offer a makeup session or refund for the missed class.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes. In such cases, you may request a refund or reschedule your class for a later date.

  • Changes to the Service: We reserve the right to make changes to the course content, schedule, and pricing. In the event of significant changes to the services you’ve already booked, you will be notified, and a refund may be offered if applicable.

Governing Law: This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the country or state in which the website owner is located. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes related to this policy.
